LRSD Due Process for High School Transcript/Diploma Request
Parkview High School
Transcript Request Regular School Year
If you are a former student and wish to retrieve a transcript, please fill out the google form on Parkview High School website, www.parkviewmagnet.org. At the bottom of the page, it says “get a transcript”. If you need to pick up a transcript, please leave your number and the Registrar office will contact you for pick up.
If you would like to order a replacement diploma, orders must be ordered directly from Jostens at 1-877-767-5217. Once the order has been processed and completed, Jostens will mail the diploma to the former student.
Verification of Employment
If your employer is needing a Verification of Employment, please fax all requests to (501)-447-2434, Attention: Luis Gonzalez, Assistant Registrar, with a signed release from the previous employer.
Summer Transcript Request Diploma Request
Summer pickup for transcripts can be requested on the google student from the website, www.parkviewmagnet.org. The return time frame to receive transcript after request is 24-48 hours. Please provide an updated telephone number to be reached and we will notify you when it is ready for pickup. Diplomas that need to be picked up after the completion of required credits during summer school, will be notified of a time when the diploma can be picked up.
LR Central High School
Transcript Request Regular School Year
If you are a former student and wish to retrieve a transcript, you can come to the building during regular school hours 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Monday-Thursday. If your employer is needing a Verification of Employment, please fax all request to 501-447-1401, Attention: Amanda Gross, Registrar and Carla Tucker, Assistant Registrar, with a signed released from the previous student.
All graduate students from 2020-current graduates can request a transcript via Parchment as well as coming into the office to retrieve a copy during regular school hours. If you would like to order a replacement diploma, orders must be ordered directly from Jostens at 1-877-767-5217.

LR Hall Magnet High School
Transcript Request Regular School Year
If you are a former student and wish to retrieve a transcript, you can go to the LR Hall Magnet High School website, www.lrsdhallhigh.com or in person Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM-4 PM to complete the request. If an employer is requesting Verification of Employment, please fax all requests to 501-447-1901, Attention: Tammi Worsham, Registrar. If you would like to order a replacement diploma, orders must be ordered directly from Jostens at 1-877-767-5217. Please advise the representative that the school has a new name, Hall STEAM Magnet High School. All current Hall and ACC Hall students that graduate within the given school year will receive their diplomas at the ceremony. (Transcripts will be available for pick up in the main office the following business day after the ceremony)
If the student chooses not to participate in the graduation ceremony, diplomas/transcripts will be available in the main office (the following business day after the ceremony) for pick up. ACC students who graduated prior to the ceremony and wish not to participate, will be notified to pick up diplomas once received from Jostens.

Little Rock West School of Innovation
Transcript Request Regular School Year

Please fax Verification of Employment request to fax #501-447-8601, Attention: Ada Butler, Assistant Registrar, with a signed authorization.
Replacement diploma can be ordered directly from Jostens at 1-800-413-3857, Ext 50269. Once the order is processed and completed, Jostens will mail the diploma to the former student.
