History
Stephens Elementary School opened in January 2000 and is located at 3700 West 18th Street, in Little Rock, Arkansas. The school was named for Ms. Charlotte Andrews Stephens, a prominent educator (teacher and principal).
Reading, language arts, math, science and social studies serve as the main educational components, with art, music, physical education, computer literacy, and Gifted and Talented rounding out the curriculum.
Stephens also has state-of-the-art technology: 1:1 student technology, EAST Lab, Cyber Time & Space Travel Theater, First Security Banking Kiosk, Arkansas Children's Hospital School Based Health, Behavioral Clinics, Arcade and Library Media Center.

Red, white, light blue or navy shirts or blouses. Navy, black or khaki shorts, pants, jumpers, and skirts. Plain, dark colored jeans can be worn any day with a school spirit shirt.
