Each 3 and 4 year old classroom is assigned one certified classroom teacher and one full time para professional.

All para professionals have either an AA degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA (Child Development Associate) or in the process of completing the certification.

Classroom ratios:

• Infant to 18 months / 1 adult for 5 chilren
• 18 months to 3 years / 1 adult for 8 children
• 3 year old classes / 2 adults per 18 children
• 4 year old classess / 2 adults per 20 children

All staff participates in continuing professional development.

All staff are trained in First Aid & CPR.
